ok what kind of glitch is this now?

iv noticed that lately i keep losing but also making the other lose.When i 1 v 2 a thermodon and a shooter using my mantis,my best and favorite car,but i killed the thermodon at the same second....the same exact second i died,it said i lost but than when we had a little chat i found out that they lost too,the thermodon said no we lost,so good job,and the shooter said wow ur good!Than i felt a little confused,it said defeat on my screen,but when i went to my garage(main menu screen) it said victory,and it counted as a victory.wtf is going on im certain it said defeat.....any answers and explanations would be appreciated.

    Wow losers all around, never happened to me very strange. Have been getting into continuous loops in recover the charge lately and more than 5 times I've won by 6 although not sure if that's a glitch or just luck.
