Way to go 123! Those ack-ack missions are quite difficult. You basically have to have a good weapon too. The bottom of the line one didn't cut it for me so I bought the hexamount and even with the top ack-ack weapon, they are very difficult missions. Unfortunately, most of the data from your games is kept on your internal memory. Doing a factory reset usually will mess up all apps that are on your device. Even moving it to an SD card won't help because some files are kept in different areas. Hopefully the customer support team will have some better information to offer…

Hi WhiteTiger, What are you trying to do? Are you trying to use both android and apple devices and wondering how to switch the game currency over from one platform to the other?
