Not loading, tried everything

I was playimg kendall and kylie game and today it didnt open, it keeps asking to choose between new game or saved game. When I click on saved game/game center, it crashes. I tried to delete the app, didnt work, tried to restart my ipad, didnt work. I spent a lot of money, everyday whatching videos to have more kstars, and I had a lot of kstars, money and progress. How do I fix that? Where is my game?
