Call from Perry's Glitch?

Hello, everyone. I wasn't sure if this is a glitch but yesterday I declined one of Perry's gigs (it was an 8 hour thing and I wanted to do the rest of the goals I had) and he was going to call me an hour later. The hour had passed but I still haven't received the call from him. The timer on the goal is for 0 seconds, it gives me the option of "Call Now" but everytime I click on it nothing happens.

Is this happening to anyone else? Thank you for any help!
