Missing gift box button

Hi K&K players! We have noticed that there have been some users in the forums who have posted about their gift box icon going missing. Please note that this is not a glitch.

In order to receive the latest events, promotions, and game content, please ensure that you have updated to the latest version.

If you have updated to the latest version but still do not receive events, promotions, or game content such as gift boxes, it is possible that your account has been flagged due to noncompliance with the Glu Terms of Use (http://www.glu.com/terms).

If you feel that you have been incorrectly flagged, you may appeal your account’s status. You can do this by creating a Glu support ticket from within the game via the Help menu (click on the Settings button in the top left to access the Help menu). We will then initiate the process to verify your account’s compliance with the Terms of Use.

For players who do not wish to appeal their account’s status, and who would like full access to the game’s content, you can do so by starting a new game.

Please rest assured that we do read the forums and keep track of reported issues. We are working hard to resolve them while making sure that you players get new, exciting content!
