No giftbox tab. Kicked from krew. Dont have crew tab

So i logged on a couple days ago, than it said i got kicked from krew, than i lost the giftbox tab, the chat tab and the krew tab. Seems like other people have had the same issue but cant find a solution. Have sent msg to customer service but no reply. Help please
