Data not loading

I can't load in to my old save. I was sent to the creation screen and now I can't even load in it just says I leveled up in kred level. And this isn't the first time this happened around October my kred and gift box button was missing and I opened a ticket I was ignored so I restarted then it stoped for a while and right after the Christmas event it happened again and now this happened I have lost all my data from August up until now like *** glu I should have deleted the app since it started acting up but I had spent a lot of cash on the app and now I've lost everything again :mad:

Omg I started over and now I'm missing purchased kash and kgems (that weren't offers) and the support button was missing until I started over. Glu I begg you I want my old save from October that'll make up for this chaos or at least some help .

Hi KueenK. I'm sorry this is happening. If I were you I would run a search using Game Won't Load in the search box from this page It will bring up a list of threads on this subject. Check out the most recent, and see if any advice is helpful. I do know a few people have said that uninstalling and reinstalling worked, but you should never do that without checking the FAQs for the game. Be sure an follow instructions if you decide to try and do it.

Koko, sadly they all require Facebook and Game Center login and I was logged in when this issue happend I was able to login in but the save would not load instead send me to the creation screen
