can't do any story line gigs

I have a storyline gig in Malibu , but when I go there the icon is jumping like usual, but there is no blue star. When I go in there's nothing there. So I can't do my event and can't proceed with the game. I've checked and I don't have anything else going on or to do. Help!

    1.) Open the Options Menu by tapping the threelines on the top-left of the main game screen.
    2.) Tap the 'help' button to open the Help Page
    3.) Your ID is listed in the middle of the HelpPage
