Missing Items From Work It Event

So....I completed the work it event and didn't receive the last item, I sent a message to GLU support and I'm praying they give me what I earned. I have screenshots proving I didn't receive the item it's not in my closet at all, I've even cleared the cache, uninstalled started my device over and reinstalled and the item still hasn't popped up. -_-
