won event but no rewards

Hi! I won the party event 1/27 /2017 but the hair reward doesn't appear in my closet! I love the game but I am really sad! Hope someone can help

If you haven't received your prizes yet, please send Kalinda a private message with your ID, and krew name. And take anyscreenshots to show you've earned them. She'll get back to you as soon as possible.

To get your ID:

1.) Open the Options Menu by tapping the threelines on the top-left of the main game screen.
2.) Tap the 'help' button to open the Help Page
3.) Your ID is listed in the middle of the HelpPage

Hey, Blair! I'm assuming that you're in the desktop version if not scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and click on the "See Full Site".

Once you're viewing Kalinda's profile look to the left of the screen where her profile picture is at and click on the "Send Private Message" below.
