I accidentally bought an outfit i was just playing around and making and i hit the wrong one button i mean to hit no thanks instead of buy. Is there anyway to get the 23000$ and 299 k gems back???

I'm sorry I don't see how that is possible. Once you buy an item in the game, its in there. There is no way to reach in and remove it. Do you like it at least? We all have these moments in the game, a slip of the finger and then for the most part, you have to live with it. Same thing happened with me but it was a hair style. Sorry I don't have better news.
