Can't load saved game

I went to log in yesterday and was taken to the beginning screen, so I went to load saved data and it wouldn't work so I figured I'd leave it and let it sort itself out. The next morning went it log in same problem logging into Google play and Facebook

How did you manage to fix it? I've already had to restart because of that issue and I don't want to have to do it again.

Efit...oops my bad confused a Serpent with a Demon. The account that had a problem and fixed it was cancelled for technical reasons, hopoe your problem was rexxolved.
