Kendall and Kylie problems?

I've been playing Kendall and Kylie for a few months. I've had no problems until now. I don't know if there was an update or something but my game is going SO SLOW and has been for the past 4 / 5 days. I really like the game and don't want to stop playing but it's getting to the point were i might just have too. Everything takes ages to load, when i'm trying to send kred to everyone, the swipe motion takes a good five to ten seconds to catch up. When i'm trying to do events i click on something and have to click at least 5 times before it actually does anything.

I've tried clearing the data on the app.
I've tried uninstalling the game and putting it back on again.
I've cleared my phone storage.
A week or so ago for a different reason i reset my phone

So i'm kind of lost. Does anyone know what's going on or are they having the same problem?
