Can't find my saved game! Someone help me, PLEASE :'(

Hello guys.
So, three days ago I was loading the game but it put me to the very beginning to start a new game and when I connected to facebook and google play, the game can't find my saved game. I've submitted a ticket since three days ago but nothing has been fixed yet
I'm playing the game through an oppo phone/ColorOS. I don't want to lose all my progress because I've been playing the game for years now, can someone help me, please
