Trouble in opening my game

@KalindaKing I need help with my Kendall and Kylie game as I am not able to open my game. After clicking on use saved game it is showing loading screen and just after that it is bringing me back to create new game screen please kindly help. (Android user)

    It is again and again bringing me back to this after clicking use my saved game.

    @KalindaKing so does that mean I lost my game? Please don't say that I had been playing since June 2016.
