Emergency... Locked out!!

Good Morning!!
I started playing K&K yesterday. I was following exactly what the Tutorial told me to do. The quests I'm on is buy any home & use VIP travel to Projekt and complete the Soma Show. All locations are locked. All homes are locked and LAX is locked. How do I fix this? I would tap restart but I spent a lot of money yesterday on Cash & K-Gems
