quest event gift box bug

while im doing an random event i receive a notification i won 2 event box.. after i open the 1st giftbox i cant click another box again it want me to buy another box using k gems lel... the question is where in the world the other event box go.. i dont have other another free box in giftshop you can see picture below i have 2 notification in the giftbox it was suppose to be 1 notification an unopened box?? this is confusing worst game bug ever.. btw i tried to reopen the game it still wont let me open the event box

that 2 notification is from event.. just please distribute event box fairly im the only one unlucky one that receive the bug.. i am sure i receive a notification that i receive 2 event giftbox notification.. i hope no other players receive that bug
