Problems when buying the Exclusive Offer

Hello. I decided to buy the Exclusive Order from today which was an Exclusive item (a black long dress) plus 1000 Gems. I checked my card and they did charged me for it but when I select the opcion of buying it, it just keeps "Processing" something and stays there, with the game in the background. I tried and close the app, then open it and do it again and even though I get a pop-up saying that the charge has been made already and that they're going to do it for free, now the games freezes and then it closes by itself.


Is it a glitch? How can I get my products?
