Level for gift box icon??!

Does anyone know what level you need to reach to get the gift box icon?
Here is what happened:
I accidentally deleted some of my friends in game while cleaning up my contacts. So after searching unsuccessfully in the game for them, I submitted a ticket. I was advised to remove them from gamecenter/Facebook then wait a day and add them back. I went ahead and did that even removed them from my Krew temporarily but when I added them back they still were not added back to my contact list.
So after much thought, I decided to re-start my game. (I don't mind replaying the quests
) I have made my way back to level 7 even completing the salon gig where Kylie and Kendall give you 2 gift boxes. The icon appeared but only to have me purchase some items for $9.99 which I did because I liked the dress. However once I did the icon disappeared again! Even after perry explains how to open gift boxes...
I had the gift box icon this whole time until I restarted and have never done anything against TOS

To get your ID:
1.) Open the Options Menu by tapping the threelines on the top-left of the main game screen.
2.) Tap the 'help' button to open the Help Page
3.) Your ID is listed in the middle of the HelpPage

The game said that Angel was kicked from her krew, I got a bit shocked cause I would never expect my friends doing that to me:(, but then I realized that both the chat and gift box button disappeared from the game.
Should I send a ticket or the moderators are able to help me?

Neither am I, I've stopped playing it not getting any help at all and it sucks tbh.
So that means I was flagged for whatever reason, GREAT! So happy right now!
Yesterday I sent a ticket and since I'm almost a ticket specialist I wrote everything I could report about my game and data and also included a screenshot.
Hope they can help me, cause it's a very frustration situation be flagged amiss.
A glitch that is affecting a large number of players I'm cool and patient with that, but lose part of my game experience for something that I didn't is unforgivable.
