Missing krew and guftt box buttons

I've had this issue for a few days Now and no one has bothered to cintact me back from glu except the first time I sent a message someone rsspond only at that time..after several emails with no response I have decided and have contacted the BBB they will be investigating for not providing services that have been paid for lesson learned don't be lazy and take the time to HELP your customers and not blow them off....GOOD LUCK!!!
