Krew button Kred button and Giftbox button missing

Glu come on.....this happened to me 4 times now I had to restart 4 times. I've contact glu though the support system and no respond. I get it the game is super glitchy therefore customer service is packed but this happened 4 times all ready!!!

I have the same problem... I didn't hacked or cheated 😞 I send 2 messages to support but they didn't helped me!!!

Ok I get it it was the holidays but it got to the point where I've had to restart 4 times now all I want is for this ****ing chaos to be done and my items back I mean come on there's so many people with this problem some didn't even cheat like really at least reward them for dealing with a mistake that clearly makes the app less fun and unplayable
