Krew and chat feature missing!!!

The last time I downloaded this game krew and chat features were active ...I had to uninstall the game due to some reason...the next time downloaded the game the krew and chat features werent even there I also downloaded the game on my tablet to see if the problem was in my phone but still The features are missing!!! What could be wrong???

    Hi, I'm ver sorry this happened. Please contact the support team (||| >help>glu support) from the app and describe what happened so they can look at your game and help. again, sorry this is happening.
