I open the gift box and pick clothes but it never shows up in my inventory what do I do?

The past month during contest I earn the box I open the box and I got clothes but once I tried to put it on I don't have it... So now I don't have all my clothes I'm supposed to have what can I do to get my missing clothes?

    Contact Glu inside the game and let them know your situation, make sure you have screenshots to show proof of your situation, good luck @janessabmanuel

    Astray gave you good advice, i’d Do that. And if you haven’t already, start making screenshots of uncovered prizes and anything to back up your problem. Good luck.
