Hey I did one of the kstar other offers the one you have to play Lord mobile and I have reached level 11 but Mummy kstars haven’t come through yet? How long does it take

You have to complete CASTLE level 11 (not player level 11), not just reach it. It means you have to reach CASTLE level 12.
If you reach Castle level 12, wait a few hours to get the stars. If you don't get it, click on the Report button and write a message to the Customer service. They will help you.
