Somehow my game got set back.. how do I fix this?

I had 12k followers and a lot of money and today when I got on the game I only had 5k followers and not the same amount of money. I’m not sure how this happen or how to fix. Can anyone help?

    Same here!! I was at level 20+ and at least $100K but when I opened the game a few days ago (although I haven't opened it for a while), many of my clothes/hairstyles/shoes/accessories that I bought or won from quests are gone!! Can anyone help?
