Progress set back

I was at level 20+ and at least $100K but when I opened the game a few days ago (although I haven't opened it for a while), many of my clothes/hairstyles/shoes/accessories that I bought or won from quests are gone!! And I was set back to level 17 and only got $24K. Does anyone know what happened or how to fix this? It's so devastating that I spent that much effort to earn those pretty belongings but now many of them just disappeared. :'(  :'(:'(

    I contacted the customer support. they said it's due to network discrepancy and i shd connect to a stronger wifi but what does it have to do with items disappearing?????? Does anyone have the same situation?
