I do see your ticket. It looks like the oldest tickets are around a week old. You should get a response in a couple days. As your ticket is in there, you do not need to submit another one.
Admins are not support, however support does not transfer cars. You can contact them via the "?" button in game and request help with an account recovery.
This is very unusual. If you have not already done so please make sure you send a ticket in to Support so they can investigate this. All other players that have been instructed to call Asus support and request assistance going back to a previous android OS have had this fix their problem. Yes, different manufacturers put their own custom versions of the Android OS on products. This is a common occurrence.
If you lose or receive too many cars in a short period of time you will trigger an autoban. The only way to get the ban reviewed is to contact Support.
You should contact support via the "?" button in game as they can fix it. Please also give us your Racername here so we can keep track of how often this happens and to whom.
Go ahead and contact Support about this issue, it can happen and they are the ones who fix it. include the name of the account you can currently access (if you do not have an account associated with your GP then make one, name it and associate it) Also give them the name of the account you want to recover.
Just make sure you include the following: 1.date 2. year/make/model of car lost 3. opponent name SS are not as helpful as the information listed given in that format.
You will need to contact support through the "?" button the account you can now access to get this resolved. This is what they will need: Current Racername: Racername you want to recover: login you want swapped: fb/gc/gc/gp
One final tidbit: If you are trying to complete the campaign, do not use your campaign car in a Pink Slip race until you have finished the whole thing. This is a mistake that slows down a lot of new players. Have fun!
