That's not actually a glitch. Everyone can do a comeback when they're on the very top even though they have friends higher than them. It's part of the 5.0.0 update :)

I think it might be because you don't have NPCs that are professional extras. The only NPCs you can use for reality shows are those professional extras. :)

At first, I used the 3hr reality show gigs at Calabasas home with NPCs and irl friends who don't play anymore. After I don't have any more NPCs and old friends, I used SCL.

I used lots of irl friends who don't play anymore a while ago and they all broke up with me. Which is fine, i guess 'cause they're not even active anymore. So yeah, that glitch isn't fixed on mine yet. :p
