I think if they can fix it at a relatively low cost then they will, but if it's particularly time consuming or expensive then they'll likely decide its not worth it. This game has been on maintenance mode for a while now. So if it doesn't make sense economically, I guess the canon ending to this game is that your character…
So I tried telling support about my diamond box basically failing and because I didn't have screenshots they were just like "next time make sure you have a strong wifi connection". This game is terrible, the customer service is terrible and this forum as a method of communication is by and large also terrible
I just opened my diamond box and won that weird new dress but then my game like glitched out with a black bar across the screen and I didnt get anything. Is that just me?
Its clear that this non-explanation is what glus comms team has decided on (inexplicably) and I don't think we'll be getting any further information about this incredibly bizarre system they have. I've been saying it's opaque for a while but I didn't realise it was this weird?! Honestly no judgement if you buy tickets but…
Honestly is there actually any point to sharing our feedback with the team? It doesn't seem to have any impact so imo save yourself some time and effort and just go get a coffee and watch some youtube videos for 20 minutes instead
Little bit strange. Haven't found an outfit that goes with it yet so I'm using this outfit because it doesn't have sleeves lol I picked a few random colours to demonstrate how it dyes. Pretty well but one of the hands seems to pick up more dye than the other
People are saying not to give glu ideas about diamond VIP events but I guarantee you they've already thought of it and someone has already done up a business case
Haha wait I missed this the first time around. Does glu even have a QA team? Edit: and instead of fixing it they're like "too bad sorry haha". Freakin incredible.
Having a high number of bots in the SYS system would explain why so many people's votes have been tanking lately. People just aren't getting the votes because they're effectively going nowhere. This is incredibly unethical
This type of rule just incentivises acting polite in public while being extremely rude and dismissive in private. This is why I recommended a mod code of conduct earlier, this type of behaviour is completely unacceptable.
If glu is serious about making this forum a better place to be then at minimum we need the following: 1. More moderators, specifically more diversity of moderators. The current system isn't working and its harming people. 2. A written code of conduct for moderators and forum members that outlines expected standards of…
It doesn't seem like you acknowledge or even fully understand what the problems are here and I think thats going to be a major barrier to being able to move forward from this point
