Im currently suffering the same fate now. My phone updated this morning to iOS 12 and now I’m unable to even open the app. i believe it’s due to the app itself not being compatible with the new iOS due to not being updated in so long.

I’m also missing over half of my closet.

It’s happened to a lot of people. Myself included, I’m pretty upset about it considering I’ve been on this app since it first launched and have participated and won every item offered and have also spent my own personal money on this app.

Same here, I’m missing over half of my clothes, shoes, accessories, and hair. Including stuff I actually spent money on to buy kgems to buy.

This outfit is almost identical to one we already own (blue sparkly top and skirt) the only difference is this one is black and the top is more cropped. 😒

Once you’ve opened all the throwback boxes, each new box you open you get 480 kgems. Which is great if you want to save them so you can participate in superstar events for free.

Well this is useless for me really. I own everything in the throwback boxes, so yes I get kgems only now but that’s not too fun.

I love all the items, but just like everyone else I wish we’d get longer styles. Though I get it, you base the items off of things Kendall and Kylie actually wear and hair styles they have. And they both currently have shoulder length hair... but …
