That real estate representative seems to usually say if you can own a pet in the house or not, so if she won't say it don't buy the house. I don't think we have actual info on all pets and houses yet.

I had the same problem too. I rejected one gig from Perry and I had "Wait for text from Perry 0s" for about 2 days. It turned out I had a gig in Beverly Hills in that QSalon that wasn't showing on my quest log, so check there. If it's not the case just keep going on dates.

I don't have any friends in K&K even though a bunch of people added me and my game is connected only to Google+. I know because once or twice a day it tries to make me start over with a new character and I have to choose my saved game...

I don't mind it as long as I get more energy than I had prior. xD But if you feed hamster and then cuddle and play with it you're on 0. Dog at least gives TWO energy points, which is better than in KKH, so yay doggie! :D

Just fed my hamster, so that confirms you have to feed hamster once a day. Still no feeding for dog popping up, but I bought him yesterday so we'll see :P Feed doesn't give energy, just unlocks Play and Cuddle.

I recommend buying pets. I bought that dog in Malibu and he drops 2 energy for each action, so 2 in total every few hours. Small change, but maybe once I get more houses and more pets I'll be able to finish a 3h quest in 5 minutes and not an hour. xD

Pets do provide energy :D So far I have a hamster (it was $50 if I reckon) which you can purchase at your first apartment and a dog you can purchase in Malibu (costs K-stars, don't remember the amount but around 300). I don't feel like it's harder to get energy, I just feel like things require a lot more energy than in KKH. In KKH a 3h job requires about 90% of my maximum energy, here a 3h job requires about 170% of my max energy. :/
