Yes, due to a need to comply with age-related laws in Virginia and California (CPRA and CCPA, respectively -- you can look it up for more info), we had to ask players for their age on launch. Unless you're part of the population to which the regulations apply, it will not affect your gameplay in any way.

No, the diamond box items should stay in the diamond boxes. The pink colour was added as an exception due to the release of the neon colours (see below). Those have just been released as purchaseable colours in the wardrobe. Eyebrow colours have also been added. See my post here for more details.

Okay, neon colours have been UNLOCKED!!! You can find them in the wardrobe for the usual k-star cost (hair, eyebrows, eyeshadow, and nails). There are three exceptions -- 1. Past TS Prizes live in the black / gold Mega GB, yes. I've seen one or two TS items in the other boxes (a mistake) but generally the rule is, if it was a TS prize, it should be in the Black/gold Mega Box Having said that, I just added the neon hair colour from the Neon + Beyond Diamond Box to the black/gold megabox!

Oh I see -- no, there are no current plans to re-release questlines. Re-releasing questlines is actually a pretty complicated process because we have to consider how it would affect both new players as well as players who have already played the questline (from a technical perspective).

I will look into the purple highlight, red highlight, and kollection issues. Also, we're seeing a crash related to Kollections, but can't figure out what's causing it. Has anyone experienced a crash while playing kollections today, after we unlocked all of them?

A fix just went live for all the Mega boxes to only give same-gender items. We can change one box but it means if you're chasing any one specific item in that box it will make it more difficult. The boxes contain different items from one another so it might get confusing to anyone who's not on these forums..!

Do most people want the Mega boxes to be single-gender only? If not, I can leave things as they are. There are just a lot more female items than male items in the game, and in the boxes. Everyone gets the same items in the same boxes.
