I couldn’t open that game till the time was up. When you open the game on the timed out device, it should open to your last game save. You may lose a little progress, but hopefully not much if you do, Good luck.

I was in this situation, and I just tapped on the game and I was too early. it said sorry come back in 23 hours (or something) I went back the next day, tapped on the game icon, it opened send let me sign in, and play. Hope this helps. ::smile:

I would try reinstalling it on the new device. Do you still have it on your old device? But delete it from the new device and reinstall it try that. If that doesn’t work then you can send a ticket to support.

Imo , the 1st key to amassing wealth in the game, is to stop paying for airfare. Once you travel free money you have unlimited energy at your disposal. all you have to do is travel the game globe tapping for energy. ;)
