Missing stardollars

I recently bought two $4.99 packages of Stardollars from the App store, unfortunately when I logged on again all my Stardollars were missing! Also, all the projects I had completed were not saved to my game. My 100 + Satdollars are not in my game but were charged to my itunes account. Please help! I want my money back!:confused:

    Please submit a ticket directly to our Customer Care Team by sending us an email that includes your device information, the game name where you need help and a detailed description of the problem. Please be very specific and provide the step by step information needed to replicate the problem.
