Can't connect to the game?

i can't seem to be able to connect to the game??? i got my wifi working and strong
there's nothing wrong with my wifi

i tried to turn off my iphone and turn it back on nothing happened
i removed it and re downloaded and still nothing happened
please help

Try shutting the app down so it is no longer running in the background and then turning your wifi on and off again, then relaunch the game. I have noticed this in my alternative game on a different device.

i tried it and nothing happened
does it matter if the apple id is in a different region? but i don't think that's a problem since other games work perfectly

Tbh i wouldn't see that making a difference. It's probably a little issue at glu's end, most likely a server issue. I have experienced this too. If you keep pressing try again it does eventually load the game fine
