Gifting Kim's Picks

Does anyone know why I can't gift the new Kim's Picks? I was able to gift the previous ones before but I'm not able to gift the new ones? And it's in my wardrobe. Just not in the wardrobe when I try to gift.

As the wardrobe expands only certain items can be gifted They may become available to gift in the future
