Can You Sell Apartements?

I bought a new apartment but still have to own my old one I am now on the A list and do t really want to keep my very first home. Is there a way to sell it?

Hey Caity. So I'm almost positive that you can not sell apartements. Although that would be a really cool feature! Earn some cash, right! If you want to get a new apartment/condo/home, you don't need to sell your current one. Just buy a new one and you'll have access to any house you've every purchesed. It's like being a real celeb! Like, hey! This is my NYC house, but I also have a vacation house in Punta Mita, Mexico. Kinda cool if you ask me
