When I completed my last 2 offers to get start I never was awarded them. Is there a way you can manually add them?

    I think there is still a problem with the offers. It's basically gambling. Sometimes, you'll be awarded the stars and sometimes you won't. Hopefully, they'll fix it in the next update.
