inviting contact for a date

Please, does anyone on this forum has any idea on how to invite a contact for a date? I've been trying to go on a date but i can't.
Please someone should help. I'm now having 19million fans. I need to move ahead. Thanks.

When you go into a restaurants or clubs look for the Floating Heart(usual going to your right).
1. Tap that your contact list with both your rl friends & the games friends/characters.
2. Press call on whom ever you choose. They will have the speach bubble.
3. Tap that then tap start date.
Since you've never done this before the start date should say 1hr.
