How can I get back to level I was at? Please help!

    You can't. You are just gonna have to earn your way back there :/ This sounds like a glitch and I would advise reporting it to the team via their Support Page, if you haven't done so already.

    When reporting issues please state your game, device you play on and the issue in clear detail.

    I hope you get back to level 18 soon :)
