Paid $4.99 for stars package, never recieved!

I mean two separate purchases for $4.99 the first purchase went through for 5000 cash for the Kim Kardashian game. However the second purchase that I made did not credit me the 50 stars. I sent an email to the support for Android users but so far I have gotten no response. At this point I'm outside and no stars. What happened was the game application exited even though the Google Play store already charged me the money

So suggestions as to what to do next is there a toll free number that I can call

Oh dear I heard there have been some issues regarding purchases recently. Glad you have already reported this to glu. They will respond as soon as they can and should either credit you with the purchase or refund you. You'll just have to be patient I'm afraid, they are inundated with tickets to respond to.
