[HTML][/HTML]i have this app on my iPad and lately when I'm doing and event or challenge I will use my energy to get stars but then later if I leave the app because I'm out of energy and go back when I have more it will say that I have less time but my stars didn't go up they stayed the same so it's basically wasting my energy in he game because it doesn't take my star rating up

In order for the Blue Stars (your rating) to improve you need to keep completing actions in order to collect the blue stars. When you leave a building the time will not pause and if you exit the game it will not pause.

If your star rating isn't improving when doing this, it may be that it is filling up but it's a small amount that is not that visible. If you are experiencing this with just the Event projects, please report it the team via their Support Page.
