Help! Free Stars Video Offer Problem

Hi,
I recently discovered the whole "complete offers to get free stars" thing so I completed one. I signed up for the 7 day trial of the video streaming site in order to get 56 stars and I got my stars, the only problem is, now I want to cancel it. I figured I'd get an e-mail about it or something would pop up on my credit card but, nothing and I can't remember what it's called and to make matters worse, the offer has disappeared from my screen since I've already completed it. I don't even care at this point if I lose the stars, I just want to cancel the trial before the 7 days are up so could anyone who hasn't completed it look at their "offers" screen and tell me what the video streaming website is called? I would greatly appreciate it.

There's been a lot of problems lately with people not receiving their stars from offers.
