Progress lost

I play KKH on my iPhone and iPad. I was on level 11 on my iPhone and level 6 on my iPad. When I played on my iPad and went back to my phone, I was dropped back down to level 6. How can get back to level 11 without having to redo the game?

The same thing happened to me. I went from level 17 and 20k to level 12 and 1k. All because of the iCloud backup alert. Why can't that just come up once?? Because apparently there's no going back if you accidentally click the wrong one.

Same thing just happened to me.... I have stopped playing on my phone for about a week n only been using my tablet.. today I sign in and had went from level 15 or 16 down to 12..
