Question about dating.

Currently im A-list. I'm wondering if I date a D-list will his status eventually increase ? I was looking for an a-lister to date but none of them are good looking or cost way to many KStars to "charm" lol.
Also am I able to change the clothes on someone that I date?
And my last question, I spent 85 k stars charming someone that I wanted to date but it turns out he was only a networking person and can only be contacted for photoshoots, gigs, etc. is there any way I can change this so that I can date him ?

To the first question, if the person you're dating is a NPC, their level won't change. However, if you're dating a friend their levels will change according to their game play.

Also, you can change your date's outfit by gifting them
