Please HELP

My game has not been working properly for almost 2 weeks!! Simon hasn't been calling me with assignments, and the ones that are listed simply says available soon! I missed out on all the thanksgiving stuff, and am growing quite frustrated with this game because this is the second time its happened in 2 months!!! Maria doesn't even call me! Thank goodness my boyfriend does, or I'd just be roaming the world alone....😔

If you have ones listed which are 'available soon', there should be an option to 'call now' to start them. But if there are none there, you've just reached the end of the current content, there should be an update with new jobs and so on soon
