Achievement help

I have all the clothes and hair and I still don't have the glam achievement completed in the game I made my moms character a guy so I could be selfish lol and now my glam is stuck at 5 on 86% I sent in a ticket but they didn't really respond so maybe someone has experienced this before? Can anyone help me get unstuck?

Did you buy all your clothes or were some of them gifted? Having all the clothes and hair only counts toward the achievement if you buy them.
