What if you're lvl. 26 and still havn't heard from Khloe, Kourtney, Kim, Kris, Maria or Simon? I only get calls from Simon about small gigs.
If you're still getting calls from Simon than you're doing fine. The max level is up to 30. Every person's game works a little different timing wise. Go to their office and see if they have a chat bubble, if not then keep working to level 27. Some people also don't get married which will make them miss out on certain missions/quests.

Just having the same problem, but me I haven't received calls from Simon about the event. Even khloes, kourtney, kris havent called me since friday
If you're hearing from Simon than you should be okay, it all depends on what level you're on and what part of each story-line you are on.
