Can someone please tell me whew the stay smart gala is? I can't find it and have been over the country twice already and 4 hours left!! Please tell me someone!!!!!

Okay I had this same issue and I figured it out.
It's at Mirmount Pictures in Hollywood. If Mirmount is still closed you may need to go through your tasks to get Simon to call you. There are two entrys in the task list. One with a countdown about giving a better speech than Willow and the second with the button to call Simon.
Hope that helps anyone else who might get stuck.
