My friend game return back to 1 month ago and she lost half of her progress

Hello my friend enter today at her game and she was number 1 and now shes at 3 LOST 20 millions fans,clothing items, 75 K stars and all that gigs and progress with her husbans and contacts is all gone events clothing dissapear too , shes back where she was 1 month ago before kendall and kylie update

Hi. Have your friend join and look around, see if she can find any threads about this, and then she can always post and someone might be able to help.

If she's on Facebook, it is a known glitch, and she should join, and look around and she can do a search for Facebook. But if she lost purchases she made with real money, she can fill out a Customer Care ticket.
